Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
- Every order is hand-packed in our Delhi-NCR studio.
- Dispatch within 1-2 business days of successful payment (orders placed after 2 PM IST or on Sundays/holidays roll over to the next business day).
2. Free Shipping (India)

₹0 shipping on every order—no minimum cart value.
*Transit clocks start after dispatch and may extend during sale or festive periods.
3. Tracking & Delivery
- A tracking link is e-mailed/SMS-ed as soon as your label is generated.
- Two delivery attempts are made; undelivered parcels auto-return to us. Re-shipping (if requested) incurs the actual courier fee.
4. Exchange Logistics
- Palettones covers the one-time pick-up and re-dispatch for your first exchange on each order.
- Any further exchanges are shipped at actual courier rates.
5. International Shipping
- International dispatches ship via DHL or Aramex within 3-4 business days. Duties and taxes, if levied at destination, are payable by the recipient.
6. Holiday & Force-Majeure Delays
Natural calamities, strikes, or carrier disruptions can add 2-3 days. We’ll keep you informed via e-mail if your parcel is affected.
